menjelaskan faktor yang memengaruhi Intention to Use (IU) layanan telefarmasi.
melalui teknik purposive sampling.

ABSTRACT
The advancement of digital health technology has encouraged the emergence of
telepharmacy as an innovative form of pharmaceutical service that enables remote
healthcare delivery while improving accessibility, effectiveness, and quality of
care. Although several studies have indicated that pharmacists in Indonesia
possess good knowledge and readiness toward telepharmacy, its implementation
in community pharmacies remains limited and unstructured, including in Mataram
City. The gap between pharmacists? readiness and actual implementation
highlights the need to examine the factors influencing their acceptance of
telepharmacy use. This study adopts the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)
framework, focusing on two main constructs Perceived Usefulness (PU) and
Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) to explain factors affecting the Intention to Use
(IU) telepharmacy services. This research employs an analytical observational
design with a cross-sectional approach, involving 85 community pharmacists in
Mataram City selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a
TAM-based questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, and
subsequently analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling?Partial Least
Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The results of the study indicate that Perceived Ease
of Use has a significant effect on Perceived Usefulness, with a p-value of 0.000.
However, Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use do not show a
statistically significant effect on Intention to Use, with p-values of 0.202 and
0.082, respectively. In addition, the moderating variables in this study do not
exhibit significant effects on the relationships among the constructs. The
conclusion of study is that ease of use plays a role in shaping perceptions of the
usefulness of telepharmacy services, while the intention to use such services is not
significantly influenced by perceived ease of use or perceived usefulness.
